Active in his local community, Paul is a proud member of the Weatherford Noon Lions
Club and has served as a former board member of the Tarleton Alumni Association. As
a lifetime member of the Parker County Livestock Improvement Association, Paul

Paul holds degrees from Weatherford College and Tarleton State University, further
